A double knit fabric with a rippled, corded texture running horizontally
Kermel fibre is a polyamid-imide, it is permanently non-flammable and used in protective clothing against heat and flames. The fiber has a very high resistance to abrasion and it also has an excellent resistance to chemicals.
CarbonX® non-flammable fabrics offer the best level of fire and heat protection in flame-resistant clothing for the most extreme conditions. It is the only fabric able to withstand the direct flame of a 2000° blow torch without igniting, melting or burning—even when exposed to the flame for up to 20 times longer than the leading competition.
Constructed using high tenacity fiber technologies, weight for weight, CORDURA® fabrics are exceptionally durable. This fabric makes strong, long-lasting products. Resistant to tears, scuffs and abrasions.
TACTEL fabric creates garments that are soft, supplely smooth, breathable and lightweight. It also dries eight times faster than cotton. In addition to being soft and lightweight, TACTEL® fiber is strong. The inherent strength of TACTEL® fiber enables the production of fabrics that are three times as strong as those made with natural fibers.
Ripstop fabric is a woven, lightweight, nylon-threaded material that resists tearing and ripping. Our Ripstop fabric has a teflon coating which offers a water resistant finish.
Two separate fabrics faces knitted independently and then connected by a separate spacer yarn. These fabrics can be produced on both circular and flat knitting machines. Spacer fabrics have the properties of good breathability, crush resistance, and a 3D appearance.
This fabric is a moisture management system wherey it removes moisture away from the skin and transfers it through to the surface keeping you dry.
